SURGICAL & PHYSICIAN
Unique to other programs, our Wellness Services are designed to target both attendings and resident wellness through a performance lens. In defining wellness as an active process of creating skills for current or future challenges, emphasis in program development and curriculum design is placed on reframing mindsets around self-care, fostering assertive communication/feedback delivery and sharpening specific skills to self-diagnose pain points and hone in on action steps for stress reduction and burnout prevention.
RESIDENT WELLNESS PROGRAM & CURRICULA DEVELOPMENT
Develop bespoke programing centered around faculty and resident wellness and performance needs. Includes needs assessment, curricula design, and ongoing data to assess outcomes.
ATTENDING & RESIDENT PERFORMANCE COACHING
1:1 or Group Coaching for faculty and/or residents highlighting leadership skills, time management techniques, burnout prevention, career planning, fighting imposter syndrome and more.
DIDATIC LECTURES & GRAND ROUNDS
Focused didactic lectures, panels and Grand Round presentations focused on micro and macro elements needed for surgical and medical performance and wellness at every level.
RESEARCH DESIGN & IMPLEMENTATION
Collect qualitative and quantitative data and create meaningful scientific inquiries into wellness and program/department performance to identify pain points, help inform best practices, and track outcomes.
