FAQ
How is behavioral leadership development different from traditional leadership training?
Traditional programs usually teach skills. Dr. Daryl's workshops start with self-awareness, meaning how leaders actually operate under pressure, so the skills they already have are put to better use.
Is this a wellness program?
No. It is leadership development grounded in behavioral research. It deals with burnout and capacity as performance and leadership questions.
Do you lead family meetings or next-generation retreats?
Yes. Each session is shaped with the family and its advisors in advance. The work stays on communication, roles and decisions. It is not financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not therapy.
Do you work with physicians and surgeons?
Yes. Dr. Daryl designed and delivers the Performance Wellness Curriculum for surgeons at Brown University Health.
